Friday morning at Glenfield College today was like no other. Kara Gordon, a former Glenfield College student and widely successful guitar virtuoso paid a visit to his former high school. Students who filled the theatre expecting a regular Friday morning assembly truly had no idea what was coming. Kara in his career has supported many big names in the music industry including Slash, Elton John and Glen Hughes from Deep Purple. Students and teachers alike were in slack-jawed awe as Gordon shredded the guitar at one point even playing with his teeth.
